Hi fitness friends, i hope you are doing extremely well
I wasn't sure how this long run would transpire, so it was fun to decide about half way into it to create this Sub 1:30 tutorial, all whilst running it in real time.
The pacing strategy i used requires you to stay patient for the first 16km so you have a better chance of finishing strong, my PB is about 8 minutes quicker than what i ran today, regardless it was a decent workout for me and i enjoyed the process for sure
