Don't take it as absolute truth, but, as far as I know, "tee tee" is an expression that they only use in Hololive, once OkaKoro imitated a gag of some comedians, dancing in the T pose and singing "te tete, teee tete", the rest of the time they were very tender with each other and that's where it all comes from.
