I hope you upgraded the oil pick while you had the oil pan off. Subaru oil pickups from that generations were prone to crack causing oil starvation.

Hard to gauge what to put her up for, nothing nearby that is close to what I have. But I currently have it set at 10k

I'm in Illinois and these 2nd gen fxt's are hard to come by, least in my area as well. But 10k sounds fair. I bought mine for 8.5k in 2019, one owner.
