I like the dual radiators for the intercooler. I didn't have room with the extra tranny and SC cooler. I am working up a design for even colder intake temperatures without an ice cooler or nitrogen spray utilizing refrigeration to cool the water mix.

Hopefully one day I can get one of these for my EZ30R outback. Just one question though! Does your BOV function as a Bypass Valve for the supercharger? I.e. stay open when under vacuum? I have read all over the place and from friends with supercharged LS1 cars it is bad not to have a bypass valve on a S/C setup?

Is it safe to run without recirculating the BOV?

have to have a bypass valve.. with turbos you can get away without a blowoff valve as some factory cars don't have them and all you get is turbo reversion (dose) where the boost will propagate backwards towards the turbo once the throttle is slammed shut but in a centrifugal supercharger you don't want that as it is driven by the crank and always creating positive pressure so you need a blowoff valve to vent that boost out..
