11.8 volts ? my 92 n/a legacy was cutting out at higher rpms right before my alternator went out ..they don't like low volts ..

or old dying battery ... they dont like low volts

Any idea if this tool will work on my 94 jdm impreza wrx?. My car is not "north American" . Right from Japan, so not to sure and dont wanna just plug it in and possibly screw something up

It probably won’t but maybe do a little research on his site - I think he goes into what ECU’s it’ll connect to.
