UPDATE: FabFitFun is sending a replacement for the missing Amika Shampoo. For the Berry bowl choice Rachel actually accidentally chose the mystery product instead, so not a mess up by FabFitFun

Very interesting boxes. I’m not overly excited about them. Rachel your towel round is for going to the beach or a picnic to put on the ground to sit on. I actually have had a few different types of material of them. It is very handy for those reasons as well. My items were your Kate spade glasses Katrina and for Rachel it would be the shampoo set! Thanks ladies! Rachel it seems lately something happens with you and cracks me up! Like too much conditioner coming out and the lip mask sample fail lol! Keep it up ladies! Thanks for sharing ❤

Loved both FFF boxes! I think I would have chosen “Katrina choices” over Rachel’s. But, I do love Amika Shampoo/Conditioner. The lip mask is interesting. Ren skin care is great product. U should try it out for yr eyes Rachel. It’s a good box for both of u. I agree it’s a summer box! I hope u both enjoy goodies! Love Rachel’s comfy lounging outfit! ❤❤Ty both for sharing! Your boxes were great! Partially my fault because I missed customization, but I was so disappointed with my Spring box. The face moisturizer, a neck moisturizer, some hair thickener, more silicone muffin cups, Kate Summerville cleanser (which I use), and the candle. I get Boxycharm, so I would really have preferred a not so heavy skincare box.

I thought you both chose some great items! I’m glad to read that they are sending Rachel’s shampoo, but it stinks that she accidentally hit the wrong thing & isn’t getting the berry bowls. I chose them, & they’re prob my fav thing in my box lol. Other than that, I chose the Samantha sunglasses, the TULA brightening drops, Amika overnight treatment, lip mask, & the body serum (for pretty much the same reason as Katrina lol). I’m pretty happy with my box tho. But agree that a lot of the items had more summer vibes.

Rachael-I think that "towel" is intended to be like the towels that do no keep sand in them so I would view that more as just something to put down on the beach vs for drying off. I've had those microfiber towels from them before and after I wash them it sticks together. I got another one that was actually cotton, which was much better. I stopped subscribing a while back because it became "meh" to me and I had so many products. Looks like they offer more now.

Fun unboxing and I appreciate that you went through all the customization options. I resubscribed and have a seasonal sub so only got to pick the first 4 categories. I got the roundie towel and a heel care duo. My box was great overall and I did add on some items like a jean jacket and the birthday cake candle. My other choices were the Ahava gel and the lounge set.

I loved my FFF box & also got the PicNic FFF Box in the sale. I loved this season! FFF customer service is awesome! I'm sure Rachel will have no problems getting the items she actually chose.

I re opted to join FFF again this quarter only to find that all the items I wanted in customization sold out withing an hour and at that point the box wouldn't have been worth it to me---This has never been the case in the past and find that it was a bit of a "bait and switch". I reached out to them and they refunded the full annual amount that I paid. Maybe I will have better luck in the next quarter---I just have not been impressed lately with them----

This is the reason I canceled FFF. Same items a year after year. Almost every time they would send me something I didn't order etc. Not worth it. Just a bunch of stuff I don't really need.

I have never purchased anything from Earth Harbor but seem to have a lifetime supply of their serums! I just don’t find them appealing tbh and Rachel try the REN eye cream it’s a great skincare line I first discovered them at Nordstrom and live for their retinol night serum!

The spring box is my least favorite. I feel like it's just a bunch of left over stock from other seasons. I am happy with a few of the items, but at $60 I want to LOVE it all. If they raise their prices again then I'm going to cancel.

I had a mess up in my box too. I wanted the ribbed glasses but I got the bedside carafe. I did contact customer service and they did a great job getting back to me and shipping out the correct product. In my 3 years I've been with FFF, this is their first mess up for me. So I can overlook it since the rectified the situation. 😊

The ribbed glasses are glass and have the blue/green tent. I also chose the Ameka set and I am hooked now. It’s amazing. I was not one that would pay a lot for shampoo and conditioner but it’s really nice.

Katrina, that hyaluronic body creme really should only be used after the shower. If you use on dry skin, the hyaluronic acid can pull moisture from your skin which makes your skin worse. At least that’s the recommendation of the derms online.

I was missing a product. I was disappointed in this box. Especially customalization 1. Nothing I needed. I ended up getting the bed side glass and decanter which I will probably knock over and break lol. Hope summer is better

The body serum is wonderful. I at least use it on my arms and hands before work and can really tell a difference. Of course, I’m a bit older than you so maybe that is why I am seeing more of a difference in smoothness. I hope customer service is able to send Rachel her missing items. I received the berry bowls and they are really cute and seem to be of nice quality. I always enjoy these sister vs sister videos. Thanks for sharing it.

I confirm that as a seasonnal, my options were different. In customization 2, i chose the FAB body scrub with the ingrowth hairs pads. In the customization 5, they chose a lipstick for me (looks very cute). I chose the eye LED tool in customization 1, so totally worth it for me this spring. TKS for the video ❤️

A couple boxes back when one of the choices was Living Proof shampoo/conditioner, they only sent the conditioner in my box, and after I reached out, they actually ended up sending the whole set! You know how it is, you tend to use more conditioner anyway, so I was pleased as heck! I also got the Amika and was excited to try this set. I love that you tried on the lounge set for us, Rachel, thank you! I kind of lean towards Rachel's contents, even with the mixup mixup of items.
