An update regarding the pitch, SubbuteoMarket.de reached out and have told they have found that the pitch does slow up with a little play. They have suggested rubbing with the palm of your hand before play and that slows the ball down and then it plays very well. I've not tired it myself yet, but does seem good advice

Great video and watch always. Me and my neighbour use an original astro-pitch. That new one really does play fast on the ball. Also fair play for letting your Mrs have a cameo in the video lol 👍

Hello , came across your you tube page and decided to dig out my old 70s subbuteo and have a look at it . Was amazed at what i still had as it included price lists from 1973 and 1975 plus around 30 teams and what looks like an unused set of interchangeable goalkeepers ( c.133) .One of the teams still has the original price sticker on it and i paid 50p for it from Steve Perryman sports shop.

Thanks Stu! I think once you wear it in, so to speak, the new astro like the Delux pitch will be useful piece of kit. I remember your initial concerns about the delux and ball travel, but you played it in and it came up well. No, I am not paid by Subbuteo either.

Nice vídeo. Original astropitch has no competition though. If you play modern football table there are couple of surface with much better slide, but quality wise, the materials they use in the original astropitch last forever

Hola a todos. Estoy empezando en el hobby, necesito un buen campo, y que sea de quitar y poner, sin muchos dolores de cabeza. Jugare al 100% solo. Tengo el campo de Liga de campeones, jugaré en la mesa del comedor, que tiene el tamaño y altura perfectos para jugar, me recomendáis este campo de neopreno? O el similar de Zeugo?? La mesa es de Cristal , por dar otro dato. Gracias!

Estos, al igual que el de Zeugo, se despliegan muy bien y quedan planos a la primera, los recomendaría sobre el de la Liga de Campeones. These ones, much like the Zeugo one, roll out very well and lay flat first time, i'd recommend over the Champions League one
