I have 200 total cholestrol and 160 triglyceride with family history of heart disease and sugar fasting is 112 and pp 96 random 120 at the age of 65 plz suggest for medicine but anti tpo negative 2 years ago.

Tsh 7.55 aya hai medicine ki zaroorat nahi hai ek dr. Ne bola aur dusre dr ne bola thyronorm lo. Smnjh nahi aa rha leni h ya nahi. Kal ko badh naa jaye.

If TSH is over 4.5 it is already clinical hypothyroidism. Subclinical hypothyroidism is different I think.

If t3 and t4 are normal but tsh is high then it is subclinical hypothyroidism
