Pregnancy 1st trimester: Tsh 24 levothyroxin 2nd trimester: 13 0r Levothyroxin extra dose. 3rd trimester: Tsh level 6 Pregnancy complication: Low amniotic fluid : 6.5 (8-18 normal)at 31st week.. Some doctor MBBS + dgo said has to delivery baby. another doctor MD/ mS + OBG treating with medicines and dehydration iv fluids... Using 7mg maybe levothyroxin since 3 months..

Thank you so much sir.........After a longtime of search I have got perfect answer for my condition. I am 19th week pregnant with TSH level 4.07 and taking 125mg of thyronorm daily, and I was confusing to whether increasing the dosage or not..... My T4 is 14ug/dl and T3 is 109ng/dl. I hope shouldn't increase the dosage..... Thank you sir

Recently I went through a blood work..I am planning to concieve.My blood work involve TSH T3 and T4.I stay in USA.My TSH level is 4.28 and T3free pg/mL is 2.7 and T4free ng/dL is 1.1.My doc recommends me to strt with Levothyroxine 25 mg and do a blood test 1 month afterwards or to wait for 3 months and then do a test in case i am not comfortable to start medicine.I am very confused whether to strt medicine or not as it wl be a lifetime medicine and it has several side effects i have heard..Will this medicine have an effect on me to concieve..please suggest is there any low dose than 25 mg or shall i wait or shall i start medicine.And one thing my anti TPO test hasn’t been done
