If you cover with more parchment paper or teflon sheets you wont get any yellowing! I usually use about 5 or more sheets of parchment paper plus teflon sheet and get no yellowing! Also when u spray the poly t only spray the shirt i usually put parchment paper inbetween or cardboard make sure its enough to not go through to the back of shirt

It might be best to just use inkjet transfers. I think you'll get the same result without all the chemistry. I had a client who wanted yellow cotton shirts and I let them know it could crack, fade or flake off in time. It's ok for a one-time party or event.

Sasha Marie Sorry, I'm kinda new to the whole sublimation process. What is the "Wash Test" in reference to sublimation? 1 wash? 5 or 10 washes? More?
@TheXboxSux4 жыл бұрын
@Sasha Marie It doesn't hold up well at all. I've bought a few of these "pre-coatings" and they all turn out the same way. They fade BAD after one wash. 50/50 or tri blend are your best bet for better results. More polyester in the garment the better. Also I DO NOT recommend using this circuit easy press thing as you need A LOT of pressure to ensure a good transfer of sublimation prints.

But I'm so excited about this video bc like u said, u can use items from Wal-Mart or target. And I've been looking for items to sublimate and they are sooooo expense. So thank u for showing us we can get items that are way cheaper and come out w the same results.
