HELP PLEASE! I did this but when it comes to printing them the paper is 8.5 x 11 in the silhouette software my tile is 8.5 x 11 and once I line it up on the mat to cut my image is bigger, yet it's reading all the right measurements

I am trying to design a graduation shirt. I don’t know what I am doing wrong but when I crop the square it is cropping the entire silhouette of the pictures. I have gotten T-shirt mock-ups by googling the shirts that I use and then click images... once I find one that is just the shirt I right click save image and paste it into the software design... I use silhouette as well so then it is just a matter of tracing it and then getting rid of the background then sizing it. If you don’t have silhouette you can use Canva or remove.bg
