As for the wrapping technique I find it easier to select the whole column of text this way (Windows) : Shift + right click drag - from left to right (selects the whole bunch) then Alt + Shift + W (wraps each line in an HTML element ). Great course, thanx a lot!!

The short cut for wrapping with tags on a Mac is [Control][Shift][W]. [CMD][Shift][W] closes Sublime.

Ctrl + Shift + L wasn't working for me. Turns out that AMD Radeon adrenaline drivers grabed it for Toggle Performance Logging Hotkey. Hope it helps!
