Great video, thanks! One thing I realize: reindent command make the indentation according to the first line you selects. If my first line is not in the right position, then the other lines will be aligned to it. So, first we need to align our first line in the right position and then apply to the Reindent command.

For Windows ctrl + shift +arrow - Move Line Vertically ctrl + shift + D - Duplicate Line Below ctrl + shift + K - Delete Line ctrl + [ or ] - Indent Line Edit -> Line -> Reindent - Fix Multi Line Indentation - Select Lines you want to Indent or do Ctrl + A to select all and reindent Ctrl + Shift + V - Paste with Indentation.

For all the european keyboard users: you can move lines just like at 3:09 by using "ctrl+ì" to move them to the right "ctrl+?" to move them to the left.

Great video. Most of the time I come across some html and xmls which are in one line. How can I indent it to readable format using sublime? Sublime text Reindent option doesnt work for such text. Till now I am using Eclipse editor which provides format option (ctrl+shift+F).

The indent-keys don't really work for me. In order to press [ or ] I have to hold alt+8 or alt+9. There is no key for just [. And if I do alt+8+ctrl, then I don't get an indent, I just get that bracket-sign.

What I usually do personally takes a few more key strokes and there might be a better way out there... but here's what I do... press the "end" key to move to the end of the line (On Mac it would be cmd+right-arrow) - next, hold down shift and press the "home key" (On Mac it would be cmd+shift+left-arrow). I hope that works on a PC, I'm not 100% sure if that will know not to select the indented spaces.

This is syntax, not a shortcut.

Anyways, the way you do that is you post a p tag (for example, but it to practically any tag) and then after the tag but before the text you put the usual tag .
