Yes, you got it right. That’s only SINP requirement otherwise IRCC if you get an ITA in an FSW draw would have been fine with only master’s assessment

If your primary NOC is 0601 with 5 years of experience in EE. Can you submit saskatchewan EOI with 6221? With a bit of tweaking? Since it is in demand. JD falls in both NOCs but got 5 years with 0601 while 3 with 6221.

Your score is good but so far SINP. Has not picked up 3413 as far I can recall. Keep watching Ontario also if you meet the requirements. Thirdly you ll need IELTS general

His surname in his passport is Agarwal, while his wife's surname in her passport is same but different spelling- Aggarwal. On his passport, spouse surname is Agarwal instead of Aggarwal. Hello. I saw on the SINP excluded list that fire chiefs and senior firefighting officers with NOC 0432 where excluded from applying. I am a firefighter with NOC 4312(I’m not a fire chief). Does this make me eligible to apply since I am NOC 4312(firefighting)? My degree certificate was in chemistry which can be linked to have a relationship with firefighting.

Education at bachelors level seems relevant which is enough to create the link between education and profession whereas you can use MBA for highest education points. Another ECA for master equivalence is recommended if you can afford it
