Subnautica But Lava Rises Every Second

I have just caused the massive undersea supervolcano we explore in Subnautica to begin erupting. Trillions of gallons of lava are now rising at an alarming rate and will continue to do so until I die. I’m going to be attempting to survive for as long as possible so I need to get the heck out of here or this video is going to be 30 seconds long...

It would be funny if the floating island rose with the water level, meaning it would be the only safe place on the map in the end.

Logistically through, the floating island would probably sink once the ancient floaters holding it up died

it is dirt and sand, even without floaters its less dense than lava hence you would have a heap of glass and blazing dirt in barely livable conditions at the top of the mountain

@Charmlie.R It's experiencing the equivalent of being buried alive. It certainly would suffocate eventually. All living things require some sort of respiration and you can't do that under several tins of magma.

5:55 Oh, is that your first time having that happen to you? Lucky you. :P I lost several Prawn suits this way in early games, I think because my computer processor kind of sucks. :P 11:06 It's probably also worth noting that you could likely also put the solar panel on the rock next to you and have it do the same job. It doesn't necessarily have to be touching the base piece; it just needs to be close enough for the game to consider it part of the base.

I lost my Cyclops along with loads of rss under the map because of a glitch while i'm trying to park it in the mushroom biome. But i eventually got my cyclops back when i max everything in the settings to lag up my game while in a prawn suit. but the sad part is when my cyclops got out underground it exploded right away, but it's still a win for me because i looted all the rss inside the wreckage

R.N.I.P: everything else Also if crash fish explode and what you gain from their pods is explosive and can be turned into a powerful flare, *keyword explosive* do you think that they would ignite and explode when the lava gets close enough, just causing massive explosions throughout the land. Last thing, I’m so glad that there are KZbinrs who still play this game and make quality content years after the games release, and the community is still active and creating new things. Truly amazing, masks off to you speedy mouse!

You know you can put hatches on the roof of the l shaped pieces and climb directly onto the roof, right? It would make it easier to place the solar panel on top of the base and you can put foundations beside the l shaped piece from the roof.

3:02 If you build the thin tube extenders between the tubes (small upright tube), you need less stairs and build higher with less. Just dump a whole lot of titanium in cheap titanium lockers, and a few quartz so you can get outside on top of the tubes. (re-use after)
