Theres a bug that happened to me once where a reefback starts moving towards one direction without stopping. And no, it's not it just swimming. It was facing another direction. It went all the way to the floating island and beyond. Probably headed outside the map.

7:40 This is not a bug as much as it is a useful trap for the unprepared player. Some fish are just dumb and swim too close, but most Fish spawn in dangerously close to the vent, getting instantly cooked and fall to the bottom. You can retrieve them using a Propulsion Cannon and a Reinforced Dive Suit, but it’s incredibly risky and I’ve been boiled to death before (in hardcore mode, so I lost everything). Tip: If you must do it, use the Propulsion Cannon arm on your Prawn Suit and use the regular claw arm to retrieve what the Propulsion Cannon catches (don’t leave the vehicle while you are close to the vent; whatever fish are already turned rotten can still be used for electricity in a Bioreactor).

Yea, I just got a bug where the alien thermal and the containment plants are not loading forcefields, the blue tablet, or the things you put the tablets or cubes in. So basically, I had to delete the cells in the files for each and every one of those things were in (about 8 of them) to fix it... though it makes me wonder what else may have been broken. On a side note, a lot of your issues stem from modding as well.

What I’ve noticed in my playthrough is that the Leviathans are not nearly as graceful as they used to be. When they turn during their patrols, they make very sharp turns, it is cartoonishly bad. When they are swimming straight, they look all right, but their turning skills are definitely broken. Kudos to the devs for fixing many bugs, but this one must be fixed or it ruins the immersion of the game, as what was once terrifying creatures turn into something more comical than scary.

3:15 is the best thing I've ever heard of, and that blob is a condensed fish school... somehow. You can see it happen at 4:57 8:25 that's Unity's default freak out texture coming through. I think it has to do with the base lit shader

2:08 I don't think that peeper is oversized. They are that size out in the water. It just looks big while inside the Cyclops, because the perspective of the game tends to be a bit misleading. The entire world outside is really quite large. A lot of the plants and creatures are really a lot bigger than they look just when swimming around.

I used my Prawn Suit to reach the Grand Reef Degasi Base on my first playthrough, and since you can't turn the Prawn Suit's lights off I had to keep hiding it in different areas so the Crabsquids wouldn't destroy it. One of these spots on the seafloor lasted for quite a while without anyone noticing, and as I made my way there to refill on oxygen and check the damage, I uttered the words "still no damage, perfect". As soon as I said that, a Crabsquid came up from the floor right in front of me and hit my Prawn with an EMP blast. One of the funniest glitches I've experienced in a game for sure.

Things you can no longer do in the V2 version of subnautica: -Cut marblemelons to replant their seeds (you can't knife anything below you, which obviously wouldn't be important). -Use the console (lol have fun trying to use freecam to film things). -Place inflatable storage on your lifepod (it will cause it to vibrate *intensely*) On the plus side, L A R G E rooms.

I encountered a bug lol: Place a vending machine clipped inside of the player in a base. It will clip you out of the base. Compatible with the cyclops storage room, although you have to move forwards whilst placing to launch yourself

THANK YOU for warning the world of our pain X'D. Lol, have had the "GAS GAS GAS" dashing creature every now and then XD. BUUUUT ! I've also had some bugs not mentioned in this video in my latest gameplay, in a game created in 2.0 of Subnautica, here you go : 1) Dashing Reefbacks in love with my Cyclops... And one Reaper Leviathan :'). 2) Soft-locked because my PRAWN suit at some point, in the primary containment facility, decided it wanted to become one... Or rather half with the floor. My boyfriend to whom I was streaming was naive enough to suggest "Try getting inside it, maybe it will unstuck !" ... I got stuck in the PRAWN (darn game didn't want to let me out of it, and it was still stuck halfway in the ground), and I was thankful I had saved the game some minutes before that event XD. 3) The Crabsnakes still are bugged like crazy, standing all straight even without mushrooms, like... Either they are trying to assert dominance forgetting they have no arms, either they want to protest because they are not classified leviathans. 4) A Reaper Leviathan at the back of the Aurora who kept roaring and I could hear FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP, which was very confusing when I was in biomes with really active Reapers. We ended up nicknaming him Regis, sometimes dude would jump outside of the water like some dolphin, we could hear and see his show from the top of the Lifepod 5. Thing thought I was in his aggro range or something, even the Ghosties babies were calmer than that. 5) Mama Empress Leviathan faceplanted in a wall before going back to her routine cycle. 6) Maybe the Sea Emperor Leviathan was speechless and in despair because a Sea Dragon was SWIMMING IN THE LAVA LAKE, right next to the entrance of the Facility (maybe stuck ?). And my Cyclops was next to the Sea Dragon... Dude didn't give shit, he was just enjoying his equivalent of a bubble bath, I guess ! It didn't even grab my PRAWN when it could ! I tried, it didn't even want to eat me XD. 7) Died in the Jellyshroom Degasi seabase... Because I swam too fast to one of the walls... I was full health, water, food, I just died all of a sudden for no reason XD. Can't wait to see what I find when I will stream my boy Below Zero, I shall keep everyone updated if you want :'). And you, my man, are still doing great content, thanks o/ ! PS : Oh, also, forgot to mention number 8) I had a haaaard time playing this save for a simple reason... Couldn't make enameled glass 'cause the stalker teeth were no-clipping under the map if not grabbed immediately, at first I thought the scanner room was showing a cave system, but with the hud upgrade, and looking for A WHOLE HOUR AND A HALF, I ended up using the ghost command... They were right under the ground. But stuck mid air, they did not want to fall very far, after all, it is sooo much funnier tormenting players.

The two times I've gone into the primary containment facility, my oxygen, thirst, and hunger all stopped working. I could stay underwater indefinitely if I wanted to, but reloading my save fixed it.

While checking out where each of the arches in the Primary Containment Facility went, my Prawn got left behind during one of the warps. Or rather, I think it fell through the floor. The game couldn't seem to decide whether I was still in it or not, since swimming around in the Sea Emperor's aquarium didn't deplete my oxygen, but going outside gave me heat damage. I ended up reloading my save to get the suit back because I wasn't willing to sacrifice all my upgrade modules. More replicable but less consequentially, I had a containment tank on the second floor of a two-stack of multipurpose rooms, and made the mistake of putting the hatch on the same side as the ladder. Every time I came up the ladder, I would clip into the tank and I'd have to click the hatch twice to get out-- once to "enter" the tank properly, and again to actually exit the tank.

I've found a few glitches in the main game such as -purple titanium glitch, like the one at 8:22 but when you turn a metal salvage into titanium using a fabricator, with a too little space to hold all 4 titanium, it glitches out and a purple shadow of a titanium will be on the fabricator. The fabricator is still functional and to fix this you just need to relog -Prawn suit glitch, basically in the Primary Containment Facility I used a portal with my Prawn suit in front of it, when I came back, my Prawn suit had fallen through the floor to where I couldn't access it :( . I have not found a fix other than going back to the save before it had fallen. What I'm guessing happens is the PCF unloads when you go through any portal, so the Prawn falls through the floor

Command console: warpforward X X being meters to get to your Prawn out of bounds and get it back inside bounds. I fixed the inventory space problem with a custom space limit mods for inventory and storage. Nothing is less fun to me than struggling with inventory space in a game where you need countless crafting materials.

A glitch that happened to me was that my sea truck got stuck in the dock and nothing I did got it out. So instead I reverted back to usual business and prawnsuited my way around the game. It was an annoying glitch because I wanted to use the sea truck. It was a Vehicle I wasn’t likely to crash and burn it like the cyclops. But at least Prawnsuiting around the map is something I’m good at

another option i found some time ago to your quartz and prawn suit launcher is using the propulsion arm to fire something large, like a crate, while you have your grappling arm attached. not the most consistent, but can send across the map in literal seconds. no idea if it still works is 2.0(found in original game)

I had a hover fish that I carried around and I let it out of my hand so it could swim around. I felt bad for keeping it in my inventory. So I let go and it launched forwards and I started chasing it down and I followed it for awhile. Then it disappeared from existence and now I’m sad.😢
