nah ebay parts x your good ebay cai, turbo back exhaust, big ebay turbo, intercooler, boost controller, dyno tune..do it in stages, do the work yourself and its not expensive... other things you can do is bigger injectiors,fuel pump, e85, water and meth, nitrous...

Sounds like the BOV isn't set correctly. Needs to crank the spring up a bit & make sure it's hooked up to the inlet manifold somewhere. That's why it's crackling and jumping on the way up each time, fuel ratios are all out of whack because it's dumping metered air.
