I feel like the Lotto MV theory could actually also be addiction. Maybe just some sort of gambling addiction, at first it's alright, they are all having a good time, and then it starts going down hill. They are losing money,(burning the money) got themselves involved with some bad guys (D.O. or the skull people, maybe the skull on the bill meant that that was his money, or "his share" that they didn't pay back) that's when they start getting beatin' and then the police get evolved and start going after them. And the girl could be a metaphor, such as getting chased by wolves, they are being hunted, captured, and caged. I could go on to Monster and Lucky One if I really wanted to but that's just my little theory. But Ally's seems more fun to think about.
