2 turn in to 5 turn Ideally, throw after 2 or 7 ( 4 turns into 5 14 into 15) You can throw 4 sub optimal but not to bad when you have a lot of energy as it can force your opponet to throw As for counting Dragon breaths, it's much easier to count your own moves. For example woth glagar its 2 4 6 8 ( dragonair and goodra will reach an aqua tail ever 6 wing attacks you throw) With 3 turns, just count in 3s, 4 turn in 4s etc

@@Jamiefin1415 yeah you are right, the counting your own moves against 1 turn moves is the best strategy

I love Ludicolo, its a great corebreaker for the current meta. I have a rank 1 XL'd for the Ultra League that I used to run and it has some decent bulk there. Its slow pacing definitely holds it back. It actually has a pretty decent core with Rock (Super effective on Bug and Flying, resisting Poison). One of it's hardest weaknesses to account for are other grass types, which it can't hit with anything and this is true for dragon as well. It can make a decent core with Basti/Carbink but bubble really holds it back in the current meta. It also has a strong core with steel types which resist Bug, Flying, Poison, Grass, and Dragon while threating ground and fire types that steels are weak to with Bubble, and Scald. It's one of those pokemon you wish you could have 3 moves, because it can learn ice beam which would cover some of its weaknesses very well.

If you have two answers to the lead. There are two options. Stay and lose. Then swap the stronger answer. Or swap instantly into the SOFTER answer and take that fight. If they swap you fight for allignment . But you just cant swap the hard answer first like that. Insta loss

With regard to the Gligar dig on the Mantine, I think there’s a culture in the GBL community that encourages battlers to “BM” the opponent by using the wrong move to win.

I had a charjabug try that with an Annihilape and a double resisted X-Scizor. I lived with one HP and won because 2 vs 4 turn fast move. Very funny.

7:45 appreciate the analysis on why to let the gligar go. Learning when and why to save shields is real helpful

THANK YOU DAN! It was always a miracle to me why sometimes a switch has a duration of 1 turn (half a wing attack, I think you wanted to say that bc you said half a turn) and sometimes not. It never came to my mind that it has to do with a charge move being thrown and I almost became crazy at times. Bc sometimes it felt like my fast move timing is on point and sometimes it felt like I am the biggest noob bc I threw directly on allignment thinking I did everything right. You can't believe how much that piece of information helped me 😭

Rofl the Ludicolo animation on the top left is sool distracting ahah

As far as team building goes, to be plain just switch out Ludicolo and put in Vigoroth and this is a really strong team. Also, if you're gonna run Ludicolo on the lead, run leaf storm, you can swap out and clear the debuff. I also like energy ball when it's in the back though.
@spencelavern3 ай бұрын
Ludicolo can have razor leaf as a fast move that’s probably why the swapped out of lanturn

1, definitely get rid of sableye i know many like it but so overrated i can't remember a time sable was a problem for any team ive made 2, normal glig isn't that good if u have it switch with the shadow version and 3, lol get rid of ludi 😂 if u need too keep ludi its actually a good poke but 100% bad moves on it...ok nvm lol way more then 3 problems biggest one is he/she uses shield when shouldn't but also doesn't shield when u should

Its called being new and learning. Not everyone spends hours fighting pvpoke teams and reading movesets. Its equally effective to learn by taking hits.
