So the name “Inside Out Precision” comes from target archery. When an narrow is completely inside the X ring (not touching the line of the ring), it’s referred to as inside-out. The tag line “Precision is a Decision” is just a reminder that if you want the most out of your set up, and be as precise with it as possible, you need to decide to learn as much as you can about it.
