Hello Nick, i'm trying to put some smart Mat that i bought in my subs painter and it doesnt work!?...when i drag and drop them, they all have an exclamation point beside them...is it because they are made in a different painter version?...thanks

To add download smart materials into substance painter, youll need to add the files in by click on the little plus icon on the bottom right of the materials tray and then browse your files for the appropriate file. Then you'll need to select the files type you are importing and all should work :)

Are you trying to import a PNG into a smart material? If so, you’ll have to import the texture as a texture and then create a smart material in the layer editor.
