I saw this when I was kid, and loved it. Terry's not the best actor, but he's got lots of atheltic prow-sess, and charisma. I don’t even have to watch this more than once a year I still know pretty much every line in the movie by heart… I will never not love this movie I loved it when I was a little kid and I love it now just in a different way. Now it’s not as bad ass as it was then but it tries so hard to be and it makes me smile and laugh so brownie points.

This was originally meant for Devito and Arnold to be a buddy action film but they did Twins instead and New Line optioned the rights to it. That would have been interesting, I doubt it would have had the space overtones, rather just military ones with Arnold. This is prob my favorite Hogan film, loved it since I was a kid. It's far from perfect but very enjoyable to watch, way better than most of his other stuff.

you watched this twice in 1 day. well those were the days when movies were more appreciated I think. VHS still cost a bunch of money when they were first released. Batman was the 1st movie I remember costing only 20 bucks when it was 1st released and that was special because I remember VHS costing 70 bucks when they 1st came out. When we rented a movie we watched over again back then. Back in 88 when willow 1st came out we watched movies over and over again if we liked it at all
