I bet I tossed rubber balls against the wall at Christ The King School ten thousand times on my way to becoming the most mediocre infielder in Terrytown baseball history.

@@duendeverde8319 Thank you for getting back with me. I ask because the Bible says in Revelation 6:6- a quart of wheat for a day's wages..... I did the math- 50000 divided by 30 = $166 per month or roughly $5.5 a day. So, a day's minimum wage buys 5 1/2 loaves of bread. Pardon , but math is not my strong suit-- used the calculator too. Hyperinflation around the world is over the top. Compared to other places in the world, USA does not have it as bad, though many people here are struggling- more losing their apts. Thank you for the info.

If I moved into Belle Chasse, how close is this city? Also if I was to go in the opposite direction of Belle Chasse staying out of NOLA what city would be the nicest place to shop etc. I’m trying to find out from locals. Thanks!!

Terrytown is between Belle Chasse and New Orleans. They border each other.
