Subway Dipper: Pepperoni & Cheese, Chicken & Cheese, Double Cheese & Footlong Cookie Review

This is a taste test/review of the Pepperoni & Cheese Dipper, Chicken & Cheese Dipper, Double Cheese Dipper and Footlong Cookie from Subway.
Pepperoni & Cheese Dipper - spicy pepperoni and American cheese rolled in two 6" pieces of Lavash wrap and then toasted. I ordered Baja Chipotle sauce.
Chicken & Cheese Dipper - chicken strips and American cheese rolled up in two 6" pieces of Lavash wrap and then toasted. I ordered Honey Mustard sauce.
Double Cheese Dipper - shredded Monterey Cheddar and American cheese rolled up in two 6" pieces of Lavash wrap and then toasted. I ordered Peppercorn Ranch sauce.
Footlong Cookie - a footlong chocolate chip cookie served warm

Honestly I kinda get it. No fault to Kevin but giving a subway a drive thru is a disaster unless its just for picking up orders. Theres usually only 2 people working at Subway at any given time and having to balance taking orders over drive thru with customers inside would be very difficult

That was a little upsetting. I know she must be slammed but...typical of most subways. I personally just would have started with "One of each of the dippers" please and then state the sauces and the cookie. She seemed really confused for no reason, though.

I used to work with 100s of people all day long and I had to suck it up and give smiles and act courteously no matter how I felt, and I was sometimes not well at all. But it was what I was there for.

Not a fan of Subway but I did also try the cheese dipper and the footling cookie. I was pleasantly surprised by both. And man, if that lady didn't sum up the attitude of the work force these days...although I also know how exasperating it can be to deal with the public.

Man, I hate Subway with a passion. It's on my never again for crappy customer service and the prices, plus the owner at the 2 closest to me is a real as...um...jerk. I enjoy your reviews that I'll even watch a Subway review. Thank you Kevin.

The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich is back at Chick-fil-A, but now you can order it with a spicy chicken filet. You reviewed the non-spicy one last year but it would be cool to revisit it with the spicy since I know you love pimento cheese. They also have the Banana Pudding Shake! Could be a fun two items from there to review next week.

I have seen it on the menu. I generally do not like really spicy foods and the spicy chicken sandwich from there is on the line for me. I have ordered before and it has been too hot to enjoy.

I haven't gotten the dippers because they are so expensive for what you get! I have gotten the cookie before. It is very ridiculously sweet and VERY oily/greasy, but I liked it anyway. LOL It does always have an artificial type taste to me (all cookies from Subway).

Great review. Thank you. I didn't know Subway sold those dippers. Good to know. I would like to try those. I rarely get Subway. I agree with one of the comments that was made. Subway is only okay. Much better sandwich spotsThere is one sandwich I do like from there though. So I do get it every so often. I also do like the fact that they have a lot of toppings to choose from. There's other sandwich places I go to that don't have as many toppings like Jimmy John's. Though I do like Jimmy John's.

So they are just a plain dry lavash piece with a dry plain slice of meat & cheese. Yes, they have dips available but it seems they should also have something else inside, whether a piece of pepper or other herb or veggie or a relish or spread or sauce of some kind. Why pay even $3 for just that...

I tried the dippers locally.. All I tasted was overwhelming tortilla and struggled to taste any filling.. I unwrapped the chicken and cheese and counted 4 small pieces of chicken..

I’ve always liked Subways honey mustard. The dippers just sound okay. It doesn’t stand out enough for me to try. I’ve always been a fan of Subway’s cookies, so this may have to give the cookie a try. Thanks for a great review Kevin.

They are really sweet, but I like them too. I like the chocolate/chocolate cookie and the M&M chocolate chip cookies. Their honey mustard is really good!

It looks to me like SUBWAY is cutting into TACO BELL'S business. I stopped going to TACO BELL when I ordered a 10 pack of tacos without the lettuce and upon opening 1 taco, there was 1 half spoonful of Hamburg and 1 spoonful of gravy. SUBWAY should stick to making lousy subs like they usually do. Another informative video Kevin, (nice job ) but I'll pass.

Sounds like junk a high school kid left home alone in the afternoon would eat straight from the microwave. C'mon, man, there's way more out there to enjoy than just garbage fast food that might as well have come from the frozen food section of the supermarket. There's nothing wrong with it, but maybe try something different!

Wait, are you complaining about the product or Kevin trying it? I don't get why you would react that way. Kevin tries all kinds of things, big and small, and he is doing it for the viewers. I, for one, like it or not, appreciate someone going out of their way to try something that maybe we can't or don't have in our area. We can't always try everything, so it is nice Tami and Kevin do it!
