Note: Subway's are individually owned and training may be different. Follow the training of your store's manager.

My manager gave me no training when I first joined, most of the staff had to take me on and I'm trying to do my best without slowing them down. These help a bunch!

Same i’m slowing every one down IMMENSELY. I’m literally about to walk out. Fuck my team. There’s no communication between any of them too.

It would be amazing if you put a playlist on your channel titled "Subway Prep Training" that has all of your prep videos... I'm a new subway employee and am looking forward to watching them, cuz prep is definitely something i need to learn

kzbin.info/aero/PLrpqm4DEoKRVtRS8MZG8Jqdx9dVXOCvYm I need to clean it up at some point. There are some old videos on there, such as the old Turkey build that has been replaced with the "Thin slice" build.

I have watched 2 of your prep videos so far and really appreciate them : )

tearing a slice to add negligible weight. imagine a roast beef sandwich with less thsn 1/8th of a pound of meat? lame.(.120 is acceptable) On a wholesale basis, the finished sandwich probobly costs less than 50 cents in total ingredients. What is the retail cost for a RB sandwich? "What the American public doesn't know is what makes them the American public" Ray Zelinsky

The funny part of this is the labor cost vs. the cost savings of doing this. I bet it is a wash vs. 2.5 slices for a 6" and 5 for a footlong out of the bag.

"Dude.... You totally changed my opinion about subway with all those valid points. Thank you." - Nobody ever. I'm sure Subway is reeling after you took your $14 a month over to Jimmy John's.

Since it is already mired with gooey stuff in a vacuum bag , (you call that roast beef pumped with "special seasonings") why isn't it just pre-portioned from the kitchen where it is injected and cooked god knows when? Appearances? The slices of packaged Roast Beef at Walmart don't need a scale for the math, and look much better and have a date on them. I won't eat that either. Ever seen deli sliced grocery store Roast Beef? It is for sure pre-packaged, but it doesn't look like that, or the grocery stores wouldn't display it before it it is cut. Hey, there's a thought, just be a little better than the grocery store delis! Subway hasn't acheived that in 20 years. Grocery stores have fresh vegetables..

Bro calm down I'm not Subway. You're talking to a wall. Go to the official Subway page and let them know your feedback.

It's likely packaged in the size that they can use up in a predicted amount of time to prevent spoilage and to maximize profits
