when going on the return flight to Africa, wear the heavy clothes and shoes and roll the clothing when packing in the suitcase. this way, you can maximize capacity. pants are heavy, try not to bring too many pairs back. dresses/tops are fine. consider shipping a box if an extra luggage costs more,. remove plastic bags and re-package when arrived back to Africa.
