I've lost over 100 pounds in the past 2 years, best shape of my life now in my mid 30's . I was looking at becoming a trainer so I can help people that are in my position 2 years ago and to get them to enjoy fitness like I have learned to love it. Thanks mind pump

Had some things happen a few months ago and I fell behind on the episodes but have recently caught up. It just sucks having to wait in between episodes now 😆I think I'll start going into the back catalog in between!

Been watching you guys for a few weeks now since I got my cpt about a month ago and been learning a good amount from you guys🙌🙏 had applied at my gym but didn't get it due to my vision disability and the contracts I would have to read to the clients🙃 so gotta find my own way. But actually thinking about jumping into strength training phase for a few months cuz of you guys since ive never really done it🙌

First of all thanks to the MP team for changing my life for the better and continuing to provide great content🙌However, I just think that this episode would have been better if Mike and Jordan did most of talking, don’t get me wrong I love hearing from our hosts but they get to talk everyday and when there are guests it would be great for the guests to have the stage the majority of the time, I think we get to know what the guys are up to during solo podcasts so would be nice to know something different especially about other great people they interview like these 2. Apart from that keep up the great work🙌

I have observed many bad trainers in the past years. One female trainer I watched made her client cry, belittling them and abusing her for not committing to the process. Another trainer Ive watched mocking her clients in front of them and after they train them, or telling off people in their Gym for poor form. Giving guidance but with clear frustration and anomosity. Ive seen another trainer who seemed to have watched too many Biggest Loser shows, using that Military style abuse approach to training. This is why I never use a trainer, ive never seen one worth paying. Most have little respect for their client or members at their gyms.

A great episode! I believe the slowing of gastric emptying in GLP1s is related to severely undereating (not enough nutrition). The reason I believe this is because this is one of the symptoms that can occur with some eating disorders where they are severely undereating or are undernourished.

Man... Would love to try tirzepetide for my alcohol and nicotine problem but it's way too expensive and is only prescribed and partially insured for type 2 diabetes. Keep us updated Adam! Maybe one day i will be able to afford it and give it a shot ✌😎

Wondering if you suggest ozempic for someone who isn't quite ready to make the diet changes. My husband cannot consistently commit to diet adjustments, but needs and wants to lose the weight.

Adam needs to get a ninja creami and make protein ice cream. You can make a whole pint under 400 calories with 50ish grams of protein

Day 18 on "10 ways to Visibly change your body in 30 days" by you guys. Staying strong, making incredible changes, I probably have around 12-11% body fat, trying to be 100% focused and accurate on gym work and house works! Hunger started to knock on the doorstep slowly slowly as I dropped to 2.700cals. I'm trying also to find your email address for the live questions. If someone can point me to the right direction, I would be very thankful
