Hi Harnoor bhaiya I gave my 12th boards this year and I am now preparing for jee. My score in 10th was above 90 percentage but my 11th score was very low . I planned to give my SAT exam in may but due to this situation which is going on right now I am confused that is it the right time to go for studying abroad or not.. and speaking about my extracurricular activities i made a drone which could detect any obstacle coming in its way by its own and send signal to the person who is operating it... it was a great success at our science exhibition and i got awarded for same in class 11th.... then i was the leader of my club in my school which was responsible for all the club wise activities such as sports competitions, designing some cool tech stuff all the cultural activities and all... so at end of the year results are announced that which club performed the best and they are awarded for the same... so being the leader of my club i was awarded for getting first position and i too have tons of certificates related to volunteering the stuff and all the extracurricular activities... so bhaiya please tell me that how should i process further for getting into top collages there...

In this case you should not take admission In IIT. You can give exam but don't take admission. If you really want to apply then you have to take this risk.

Search quora, google , talk to people who are applying and use 10th and 11th to your most. In 12th you won't have time. In computers learn a basic language like python which can be done in literally 3 to 4 hrs (U can use KZbin tutorials) . Make some websites, maybe start a small non profit initiative . Make projects like small games by python or any language which U can do from online tutorials again. If U want to attend mit... Focus on academics in 11th and get 93 + percentage in class 10th . Give some olympiads like ntse, nsep , nsea and kvpy and achieve something in that. Join some clubs in your school become their head and impress your teachers for amazing LOR. Get 1500 + in sat and 34 + in act. Improve your English reading, writting and speaking skillsIt's a lot to do but if U want to attend top universities and U want a good scholarship then you have to be good at something. Show then a spike in achievements in a particular field and that U are not average in all fields. Also understand how other people got in and listen to their ecs and academics. All the best.

sir, suppose i filled my 12th predicted marks in my applicant form , what if i scored way higher than that because i was in 9th grade when covid started so didn't scored well in that , in 10th we didn't gave boards and overall i scored 85% . after that i took pcm and my whole class 11th was online so i wasn't able to study that hard , wasn't aware of any of this and got 60% in my finals .
