Now, to see you able to draw in all the power that you need from the sun and live a comfortable home life virtually anywhere....well....we do evolve, dont we?

I had an Aunt Helen who was my grandma’s sister who would visit us in the 1960’s and 1970’s. My uncle Phil who was her nephew would record her with a Channel Master reel to reel tape recorder without her knowing and he put the names and dates on the boxes so I have those now along with tapes of many other people. I sometimes put them on the computer hard drives to protect and share them. Technology is always evolving isn’t it? Now I need to try out my first metal detector!

Every hot rock should be saved. There are so many types of meteorites that have iron or nickel in them. You can't necessarily tell by looking at them. And don't touch them with a magnet either (worth way more). They can be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and as much as you metal detect you should come across some occasionally.

we was metal detecting our beach area. found nothing other than bottle kaps and cigarette foils. an old fart here..... i found it hard to bend and swing then dig. i need to fine tune it. it;s reading 8" deep. do not have the right tools, digging sand with my hands. love your vids and please keep up with the lapidary.

Love watching your vids. I have been trying to decide on a power supply while out bush. Do you still find the Bluetti a good unit? Then I need to decide what size. Mostly for phone, detector battery, 75 litre XTM fridge and GoPro. Cheers. P.S. It's a long wait for each vid. But well worth it.

It is amazing you have found area's with no rubbish in them, I thought the whole of Australia had a layer of shotgun pellets and shells plus the other stuff that goes with the old timers that made a mess of the bush. Good to see you are still getting a bit of gold and there is a new patch just around the next hill or over the horizon.
