Chip....my husband and I have been doing exactly what you and Joanna have been doing and started almost identically the same way, for years and years now. We are 59 and 60 but still very 'young' and still doing interior design and remodeling/building the same. Some call us the older Chip and Joanna lol...and we take that as a compliment. I'd love to meet you and Jo one day...would love to talk shop and swap stories, I'm sure we could kill off a pitcher of sweet tea in no time flat with a few of each of our histories to share.
