Hi guys, I'm aware there may or may not be other games that have done the same concept before, so it may not be as innovative as I assumed, whether that's the case or not, please take this video for what it is; A nerd with a deep voice discovering the concept for the first time himself, and being impassioned enough to make a little video about his experience. Nothing more, nothing less 🙂

Jarek form Void Room is certainly one of the pioneers of impossible space technology. I saw the first use of this technology by him 17 years ago.

This is one of those great proof of concept games for me with VR. Sorry you had hardware hiccups. It's a genuine "woah" moment game on q2. Actually crawling through vents is wild

These systems that allow you to work in a small play space are amazing! Seems like a much more physical and grounded solution compared to teleporting when you reach your boundaries.

This is very on point. I hope this game gets a high budget remake in a few years

Cool concept. I can't wait for the sequel, "Hot Cocoa for St. Christopher."

I've played this game as the demo that was released previously on standalone headsets, and i mark the overall experience up there as one of my favorite VR games of all time with half life Alyx and the like. It focuses on such an underrated aspect of VR (Roomscale movement) and runs away with it so well that it makes me want more games to take advantage of such a thing. Non-linear or whatever they call it worlds purpose built to use your IRL room felt mind blowing to me. (Played on a Quest Pro with a decently sized room) I attribute this to be one of the games that made me interested in Redirected Walking, and such styles of movement, and made me practice it in VR Chat. These days i am able to walk pretty much non-stop in real life and make it look to others in-game as if i'm simply walking forward with my own legs instead of the thumbstick, i find it to be very engaging.

After hearing how the game works via making use of your actual play space in real life I immediately added it to my Steam cart, and then I just zoned out until the end of the video coz your voice is 11/10 ASMR Zenmode David Attenborough level of holy shit, subbed. Thanks for the recommendation

Have you played Spellbound Spire? It's an early VR experience, although I like it for starting new or motion sickness susceptible people to getting their VR legs.

I remember trying this years ago when I had an HTC Vive, I didn't have a big enough playspace, still don't, so never tried again. I also think I had to do ballerina twirls to avoid tripping haha

Played this back when it was a Quest 2 exclusive. Quite interesting little game, really like the concept, though, obviously, not something that'd work for all VR games. One of the few games where I'd say yup, wireless is definitely superior as opposed to just being a nice to have. Can't wait until the technology is more common.

Hey I couldn’t comment under your fit for VR video so I’ll say what I wanted to here, love your videos, and can’t wait to see your journey in vr fitness. I’ve been a boxer and practiced MMA since I was 12 somethings that may help the gassed feeling and tension in the shoulders are 1. Sharply exhaling with larger movements (in MMA we do this while striking, and it insures proper air flow for the body) and 2. Having a small amount of salt either in your water or by it, this prevents some of the tightness in the shoulders. Hope this helps ❤ God bless

I was going to wait to get a Quest 3 but this game made me buy a used Quest 2. It really is quite something with a large space and no tether.

I have really enjoyed this one, on my Quest 2, but I imagine having a tether would really change the fun. The bigger area you can get to, the better-I like stepping outside & using my driveway for maximum world generation!

Mate only just discovered your channel, watching you talk about your tether wants to make me invite you to mine and play in a 10x10 meter area on a quest, its truely something else when you tweak the playspace settings and tile size
