Ok, it's 1969, I'm just coming home from the record store with my first four albums I bought on my own. Led Zeppelin 2, James Gang "Rides Again", Savoy Brown "Blue Matter", and The Doors first album. Blues based, ragged edge and cooking with fucking grease. Now, here I am, 61 FUCKING YEARS OLD, and I'm back to listening to some kick ass rock and roll. Damn this is good shit. Perhaps I should smoke some boo ? Yup, that's what I'm going to do, anyone want to join me, cyber space speaking ?

I love that the Black Keys are his super badass sounding band, all their songs being really raw and distorted, but then you see them and it's like "who the hell are these band geeks jfc" (I love them tho and this video is hilarious, kudos to them for being freaking awesome)

I miss this version of the band. I personally feel that Turn Blue was their Soft Parade. Hopefully, they will get closer to the roots if there is a next album. Dan has enough side projects to cover those other sounds.
@tyler1brady28 жыл бұрын
I agree completely, I play turn blue when I want to chill, good stuff but wildly different coming from the keys. It would be cool to get a pre-attack and release sound on the next one, or at least a pre-Brothers sound. Can't wait though
