Messing about with dams, sluices, weirs or underwater caves is incredibly dangerous. Please if you are watching this video DO NOT try to replicate this. The guys in the video shouldnt have done it. The currents alone can kill you in seconds let alone any objects or obstacles under the water. Parkour all you like, but messing about with water systems like this is a bad, bad idea. Weirs are death machines.

@Hoc-Dolliday wiers are a type of damm without moving parts where the water flows over or through the damm this creates unexpected underwater currents that kan keep you underwater and drown you if you dont know how to get out of them (this is from a quick google search if anything here is wrong please correct me)

I have to hard agree with you here, while they make it seem like fun and games. they are extremely lucky to all be alive, much less have all their limbs still. it's entertaining to see them play around in these interesting locations but they honestly behave with caution in their actual acts. it feels like less a matter of 'when' rather than 'if' they will get seriously hurt beyond recovery by one of their stunts.

I’ve watched you guys for a while and always loved what you’ve done. You’ve always taught the message that despite things being dangerous, you can prepare and train and make them safer. I’ve always thought your adventures were really cool and you were always as safe as possible and prepped as much as you could, that was why I wasn’t much bothered bout the rooftop or shipwreck exploring stuff. But just the idea of you (or anyone) going down that slide was insane. There’s no amount of prep or training to make that safe or even to lower the chance of injury or death, it’s all just chance. Something snags you in there or debris washing in and blocking it between people and it’s just… absolutely insane. I feel like that doing this and especially posting it just goes against everything that you’ve been saying on this channel and just in general. I get that it’s an experience and adventure but it’s just too much I think. I agree with the other comments about this. Especially because while kids might realise you’re trained in parkour and they can’t replicate it easily, they can for sure find a water pipe and think they can do the same and might end up in a seriously dangerous position. Still love your vids and vibes but just, hope you realise how much influence and power you hold and reconsider what you do and post Edit: also, putting the injuries behind a paywall is also a terrible thing. The most important thing about this is to show others not to do it and the potential consequences and yet the most impressionable ppl who need that message most (I.e kids) can’t or won’t join the members and see the consequences

I feel like messing with this hydraulic flume stuff goes against everything you preach with the parkour. Your parkour is safe because you guys prep and are experienced for years. Long time fan but lads that sluice has to be the stupidest thing you've all done. I can't emphasise enough how badly that could have went, water doesn't care and will kill you at every opportunity. Even in between people debris could be washed and block the sluice. Big fan, enjoy everything about the channel, but be safe lads!

Honestly one of my favourite recent Storror videos, so much memorable happened - the gang going blindly down the abyss (a water pipe), Benj basically doing skate tricks without a skateboard, Toby showing off his skills by climbing on a seemingly flat wall the WHOLE way and Sasha as always showing his persistence and not giving up until he succeeds

I have been a white water kayak coach for 30 years all over the UK, Alps, the US, Nepal etc, and going through that dam submerged sluice unsighted is really proper dangerous, so many things could go wrong. Its very similar to a natural rock syphon. There are some big if not freezing balls out there.

As someone trained in swiftwater rescue, it really cannot be emphasized enough how dangerous that is. I could watch 100 people go through it successfully, and still not think it's safe.

I have swum over and under sluices, swam over weirs, pour overs and into stillling ponds, and jumped into holding stoppers but thats in a controlled environment and its still a scary thing to do,. The only way I would do that is if the sluice pipe was dry and could be inspected to make sure there is NOTHING to snag you, and then watch the water level rise and do it immediately at that point. Even then the risk is something flowed into it underwater and you have no idea its there. I dont know the exact circumstances and what information they had to hand, but what they did was bonkers.

He was out of action for ages (at least a year or something) but he's been steadily on the way up ever since, and I think his whole journey of gaining back his lost ability only adds to storror's motivational force. Hey Storror, I just had a pretty cool idea - for one vid you should split into three groups of two (with Sacha filming or a +1) (or you could always do it with two teams of three instead) and have three different spots in mind (relatively close would be best), then each of the three groups of two (or two groups of three) have to run lines of what they think the other Storror members are going to do. They finish with their own lines and then move onto the nexti spoti. Points awarded for those who can a) guess what line the other Storror Team do and b) reenact the same line. The team with the most points at the end wins. Also, rather than pair off with each other, it would be cool if teams were drawn out of a hat. Btw, keep up the sick content. Making millions of people look forward to Monday is quite the achievement! Cheers boys.

Just gone back and watched some old videos and its such a shame that Sasha's confidence (understandably) took a huge hit after his injury. His talent was unbelievable (just seen his flip over a fence on a bridge onto a pillar in the water). Hopefully, he gets back to that level again. He certainly doesn't give up trying.
