Tony cascarino talks nonsense at times, Brasil weren't sucker punched they were beaten by solid opposition, they had chances and they squandered them. Brazil has more pure talent, Croatia had better organised team AND better strategy. Brazil thought game was over after they scored. Witch is silly if you know Croatia's history. Croatia was forged in fire in those situations from 2008 goal allowed in 122th min ( Turkey) or 2016 Portugal (117th min game allowed). We learned that game is over only and just only after referee blows the wistle for 3 times.

Sorry guys it's all nonsense, Croatia neutralized Brazil completely and had more possession. Problem of Croatia is finishing, no class striker and fake right winger on this tournament, that's the only reason of a clean sheet after 90 min concerning Croatian side. Another fact, Croatia has the same coach and 4 main players as in Russia. In Russia they played attractive football and it was sufficient for silver. Lesson learned. How does it feel to have praised Brazil to the skies? Croatia played an outstanding game and displayed class when victorious, unlike Argentina whom upon their “defeat” of the Netherlands showed absolutely no class, by taunting the Netherlands’s team as they were devastated, not to mention Messi confronting their coach. Player kicking the ball to the side line…and many other irregularities such as the referee obvious bias for Argentina. They were a disgrace!!! …I am from South America…Argentinians have a reputation for being arrogant, their behavior during and after the game was beyond the pale!!! Argentina has Ramos who during a game with Chelsea pulled Cucurella’s hair forcing him to the ground. De Paul is another cry baby! Argentinians were running into the Netherland’s players, without consequences, diving at times and so did Messi. There were many faults committed by Argentina…I cannot believe the behavior of their selection! All you have to do is look at the evidence and be able to do so in an unbiased way…disgraceful!! If before a ball is kicked you can offer a team an opportunity to limit their opponent to 1 shot on target. They'd take it. Brazil was that good at limiting their opposition entire tournament. They weren't dominated and beaten. The only deflected shot on target was a late equalizer....not a winner and it went to pens. Croatia are good at pens. It happens. It's not arrogance or underestimation or anything like that. If your team communicate ambitions to get 1 shot on target before a game.... you'd start a riot.
