This lesson is for advanced players.
These are progressive exercises to improve left hand extensions with the goal to reduce tension - Great warmup before practicing 10ths or fingered octaves.
*Please do not do these exercises if you feel any pain or too much tension in the left hand! Take breaks as needed - you know yourself best!*

2:46 - Backward extensions
6:30 - Sliding with 3rds
9:05 - Introducing 10ths by reaching back
