Akans come from Nubia (Khenit) which means First land or Front land.Khen (Which Egyptologist spell it using the e instead of the a, they also substitute the h in it too)Kan from the word Akan means First, so Akanni means Akan person and Akanfo means Akan people (meaning more than one person.) Akans went North of Khanit to create Kemet.
