I will cook this later today. Jazakumullah khair for this straightforward recipe that not only taught me how to cook agashe but informed me more about Sudan. I will give an update when I've finished making it. The only minor flaw that this turtorial lacked was the meauserments.

@@globallyblack5208 وريا زولة. اسلم عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته و إزيكم ! First of all my sincerest apologies for this delayed response but here goes. The recipe was straightforward and easy to understand but the tempurature that the oven would be set to wasn't specified or I didn't hear it clearly. I put it in for 20 minutes at If I remember 150 C so some kebabs were a bit tough. Apart from that it went well. However, I failed to make the peanuts fine enough so it was hard to coat the meat and it would constantly fall off in big chunks. All in all the food was great alhamdullilah and I'll plan to make it again soon and get better at it. I cannot thank this channel enough for this recipe so keep on grinding 🇸🇩💯💪🏿.

I recommend that you try making Shuwa. A slow cooked meat dish from Yemen/Oman.

Yes I've used beef filets. If it's not tender enough you can tenderize it. You may also use chicken.
