I’m 29 and had perfect vision in both eyes, one day this year I woke up with blurry vision in one eye, and been diagnosed with cataract. I can for sure tell it happened overnight since I used my right eye to take pictures frequently and now it’s so blurry I can’t read a Stop sign

Can u please talk about Pytergiums, I have one visible one on my Rt eye and I have an extremely small on my left , I was recommended to have it removed , I have dry eye I believe caused by using clear eyes and visine as a teen well into my adult years trying to keep my eyes clear not knowing about dry eyes , I have started using blink gel tears as recommended by my ophthalmologist but he says that I have the density of glaucoma in my right eye but no symptoms and if I remove the ptergyium it may cause even more dryness and I also need glasses for reading up close I am 52 any suggestions

Hello sir my eye power is SPH -1.0, CYL -0.5, Axis 180 of the right one and SPH -0.75, CYL-0.25, Axis 175 of the left one. I'm 18 years old and I got specs since 8 months and firstly it was 0.50 and 0.50 but now it's increasing I'm scared and I don't wanted to a spec guy. Please guide me regarding this 😢

Spent more time outside, taking some eye vitamins, and maybe do an eye exercise. But the results is different for person to person so yeah, idk if it'll worked out for you but if you can prevent it, then that's quite a good result I think
