I had suddenly double vision and fell down dizzy light-headed scared me went to ER did tests and ended up emergency open heart surgery with a triple bypass I saved my own life by telling the ER what happened .double vision is serious

I have blurred and double vision , I have bulge disc in neck area, misalignment and canal narrowing therefore it makes blurred vision, vertigo as well.

While driving, I suddenly see 3 black lines swirling/floating around my right eye. Then it slowly spread and now I have foggy vision. What could be the cause? No headaches, no dizziness just cloudy/foggy vision on my right eye.

That happened to me when I played a football game back in middle school after the game my right eye went completely grey but only half way it was so weird and it never really happened again after that

I woke up with both eyes blurred I got scared went to Dr they referred me to eye Dr. Who scheduled me 2 months later and he said I have old age eyes. Its been 3.5 years no change but now they burn all the time like sand in them and my cognitive ability has changed like I have brain fog without the clear vision my senses are way off I drop things like a clutz now. I had 20/15 before I think personally it was stress as I lost my son to drug overdose. Any way to reverse this.

First of all I truly am sorry for your loss. I pray the Lord will give you hope each and every day and a vision for your future. I have been under a lot of stress the past 10 years and this past year my eyes have really been affected. They say it's cataracts but I'm beginning to think it might be from the stress. Still researching as to what to do.😂

I went for my Annual Diabetic Retinopathy Test and got a letter back telling me I needed a "Slit Lamp" test, because they could not get a clear picture at the back of my eyes. The fact is, I have been getting blurry vision in my left eye, especially while watching TV, which is when I first noticed it. I have had over 3 years looking after my severley disabled Mother, who passed away in March, just a "Living Corpse" or a "Bag of Bones" not even able to "Speak" in the end. Which has left me "Crying every Day" She was a "Lovely Lady" and had a "Hard Life" And so I Gravitated to Alcohol. I was getting through a half bottle of Gin a day. And now I am unable to walk properly,, have a heavy feeling in my head all the time. Could it be that I have had a stroke?

Dry eyes are a very common cause of blurry vision. Try drops before you run to the doctor.

Woke up this morning with a burning feeling in my eye as if a lash went into it. I rubbed it a bit but after awhile I realise eveything from that eye began to get blurry. That's 6 hours ago and it's still blurry right not but it's not paining me

@@JoelHayden I did sir, turns out It was a layer of cold blocking my eye sight couple friends told me but I went to have it checked out still because the eyes are very sensitive so. That can be one reason too. I woke up this morning,it's still blurry but I can make out words that I couldn't do yesterday. I'll keep you updated. Was prescribed a eyedrop and also a pill to take 1 time for 3 days

My father caught facial paralysis November 2022 and now a month ago he suddenly can’t see well he hasn’t work and today is March 20. He also has diabetes but he states his blood level is ok. Anyone know what this could be? He has an appointment with eye specialist tomorrow

hello my friend, question! how about blurry vision from corticosteroids? specifically flurometholone? the optometrist perscribed me this for allergic conjunctivitis to reduce swelling, but as the swelling went down my vision started getting blurry. mostly seeing slightly double of everything, especially far away. is blurry vision a common side effect of FML eye drops? according to Mayoclinic it is. thanks. --Phil

Hi doctor, im not a doc but in my humble opinion I don't agree with your coment regarding the patient who came in with the cataract saying one eye was blurry. I have been diagnosed with cataract in both my eyes for years however I was seeing well other than my myopia and stigmatism, which I corrected 2 years ago with lasik surgery. Recently however I developed blurriness on my left eye and was told that it was due to my cataracts although the cataracts was always there it is now impairing my vision. So that may be the same case with your patient that even though he did have cataract it wasn't impairing his vision I don't believe he woke up one day and realized because he covered one eye that he now sees bad. I think there's a possibility that he genuinely was seeing well in both eyes, and now the cataract has advanced.

One nigth last month I had crazy pressure and dizzy spell it took all sides of my head and clouded up my vision really bad ihave starburst halos around ligths ect. my Er visit was not helpful they just told me go eye hospital. At the eye hospital they said my problem was dry eye .I don't know about that this was to fast and drastic for me to feel comfortable with that diagnosis here i I'm one month later and a local eye clinic they put me restasis nothing feels rigth to me I sit in dark rooms avoiding ligth
