At 13m50s when you try and resolve the impact of the 47 pair of block 4 in the corresponding rows of of block 6, if you apply the simplest of logics, you solve the remainder of block 6 in a split second. Indeed, in block 6, the 7s must be in a matching positions as the 7s in block 4. The remaining digits are 2 and 4 in block 6. If the 4s join the 7s, you have a UR conflict. Hence, 4 in r5c9, 2 in r5c7 and 7 in r3c7. With this, you can now disambiguate the 47 pair in block 4. Once block 6 is complete and the 3 and 58 pair have been identified along row 8, things start to roll pretty well. It is important then to have a proper look at row 3, because there is a wildly unpopular cell at r2c3 and yes, it is a naked single 9. Puzzle done. Fun puzzle. 12m36s notation free.
