Today I hit one of my final speed workouts before going after a 5k PR
The workout is as follows:
.5mi @ 8-9min
1] 5 x 1200m @ 6-6:22min (race pace)
1] 3min recovery jog
1mi @ 8-9min
Getting dialed in to my race pace at the start of each interval was a real challenge, but the hard work will payoff when I can dial in quickly at the start line 🏃
