很棒~一直很想獲得更多關於健康的飲食生活~發酵,香料,香草在食物的使用 如麴的運用在食物或是調味品~就是納豆,天貝,紅麴,醬油,豆瓣醬,豆腐乳等等 麴真的充斥在我們的飲食生活中,不同國家的麴製品也不太相同
