In this video, I share a sugar-free vegan carrot cake recipe that uses no added sugars.
There are plenty of reasons to limit our consumption of added sugars. And when it comes to children, it's particularly beneficial to limit their consumption in their first two years of life.
Yet, finding baked goods recipes that are truly free of added sugars can be somewhat of a struggle. Many simply replace white sugar with alternative sweeteners like maple syrup, coconut sugar, juice or fruit puree.
This defies the purpose, because these alternative sweeteners remain sources of added sugars.
In this video, I share a vegan carrot cake recipe that's truly free of added sugars. It was a hit in my family, so I hope yours enjoys it too!
