SUGAR FREE WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE CAKE | Eggless, sugar-free & whole wheat cake

This SUGAR FREE WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE CAKE is my go-to cake for birthdays! I always make this for my own birthday.
(Makes a 1 kg cake)
Ingredients:
25 pcs pitted dates (soaked in 1/2 cup water for 2 hours)
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour (sifted)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oil (unflavoured)
1 tbsp chia seeds/ chopped walnuts
1/4 cups chopped dark chocolate
Method:
1. Soak the dates in water for 3-4 hours. Blend till smooth.
2. In a bowl, add the date puree, milk, oil, sifted whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, chia seeds(or walnuts), vanilla and chopped dark chocolate and mix well till combined.
3. Pour in a greased baking tin. (8 inch)
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or till done.
5. You might want to top it with some chocolate sauce to make it yummier ! Enjoyyy.
For the ganache-
200 g sugar free dark chocolate
200 g fresh cream
Method:
Melt the chocolate and the cream together. Let it cook and frost the cake once cool.
