𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
-𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀
A diabetic patient can eat everything except potatoes in green vegetables, but while preparing vegetables, he has to keep in mind that he does not use too much oil in the vegetable because it will increase his sugar level very fast.
-𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀
While preparing food, a diabetic patient should keep in mind that he should not use spices, especially red chilies, because it will increase the sugar level very quickly.
-𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲
The diabetic patient also has to take care that he should take his meal before 8:00 so that his sugar level does not increase and his food gets proper time for digestion
-𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁
A diabetic patient is advised to eat bread rich in fiber. Fiber helps to keep you full for longer, thus preventing overeating and keeping your weight in check. Maintaining a healthy weight plays an important role in controlling diabetes.
-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸
A diabetic patient is advised to drink milk mixed with turmeric at bedtime, but it should be raw turmeric, not turmeric packet.
Ayurveda has spoken about the healing properties of turmeric. Its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties make it an excellent spice for boosting immunity and skin health. In the past, many studies have investigated its role in managing diabetes.
Note: Every patient is advised to walk 100 steps before going to bed or after eating, which will help digest his food and normalize the sugar level.

hello dear, this is not the doctor but generally, it depends on the type of milk and your glucose level. Milk has nutrients that are good for all people including diabetics. But if your glucose level is high, you can drink milk with less carbohydrate level such as sugar free almond milk or flax milk. Sir, my wife is only intakes salad and boiled subji,but her sugar is more than 225 in both time ,means fasting and Ppbs . Can you explain why it happened? And solutions, and her fasting insulin is 10. Hope you will tell the true ways to cure the problem.

Kuch doctors diabetics ko milk se bachne ki salah dete hain, kyunki milk mein carbohydrates hote hain jo blood sugar levels ko badha sakte hain. Har vyakti ka milk par alag pratikriya ho sakti hai. Agar milk se aapka blood sugar badhta hai, to apne healthcare provider se discuss karke alternatives jaise almond ya coconut milk ka istamal karein. Dhanyavad.

Hello, too much oil in food suddenly increases the sugar level in our blood which is not good for diabetics, so it is advised to limit oil especially in dinners.
