Sugar Roasted Almonds with Cinnamon in 15 Minutes

This is how you can cook very tasty roasted almonds with sugar and cinnamon. (Gebrannte Mandeln)

All you need is a frying pan and following ingredients:
200 gram Almonds
180 gram Sugar
1 small pack Vanilla Sugar
50 ml Water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
(optional) 1 tablespoon instant cocoa poder like Nesquick
Start with full heat and then later turn it to half and finally off.
Let them cool down for 2 hours to maximize the flavour.
