I admire your enthusiasm but the Chinese machine you are using truly rusts on the inside (check the sides of the roller shafts) and you are serving rust in your cane juice. Better you save and get a quality food grade machine than to serve your customers unhealthy juice. Please do the needful for the sake of all Africans.
