Nice video, aloo sabzi which you have mentioned is not complicated, 😁it’s Tamizh side ( Tamil) In Tamizh , where ever “La” pronounce in Tamizh we have to write in English as zha that’s because of the verbatim.basically tongue has to twist when prounce.zh, hence for understanding it’s written in English as urulaikizhangu, it’s basically Aloo subzi, South Indian Tamilnadu style. Just for an information.
