A Quick and Creamy Tuscan Chicken Dinner

I have watched this video many times and have always wanted to try it. Since I am knocking on the door of eighty (yes 80), I didn't want to screw it up and end up disappointed. But today I pulled the triger and tried making this dish. I chose your recipe because I had everything in the house and didn't need to run to the store and buy "Stuff". I had never eaten tuscan dishes before ( hence my reluctance to try it) My effort not only looked like your version, but the taste was absolutely to die for. Plus the house smelled fabulous all evening. Thank you so very much for the introduction to tuscan cuisine. I will certainly make this again.

I've tried this before...pretty much the same recipe you have here, but I deglazed my pan with Marsala wine...absolutely delicious...this recipe of yours was making me salivate just watching you...your pretty and definitely have culinary skills...well done, my dear.

Have always loved the flavor of heavy cream with sun dried tomatoes in the oil . Pre chopping makes it go faster😊

Thighs will work. They are a bit fattier so always a bit more tender and juicy. :)
