I know suggi is stunning, but let's talk about the song: I think it's talking about sadness in general, maybe depression. He (the character or suggi) feels really ugly as a person, and it's normal when you have a mental breakdown, because you feel like you're not enough, you think your feelings are ugly and you blame yourself for everything you do, even if it's not your fault. As a "blue person" (because he is sad, his hair is blue as a reference, I think), he makes people leave him, so he tries to justify that loneliness saying that he's happy about it, because maybe he feels like it's not okay to be annoying, even if he feels like dying. It's just how I interpreted the song, and I want to say that it's completely okay not being okay. I don't know if someone needs this, but: Please, ask for help, you're not annoying, you're an important human being. You don't need anyone but yourself to feel complete, and if you need some company and don't have anyone, I'm here for you, because I care about you.
